One of the most asked questions from prospective members is "What are the benefits for lenders?"

I have listed what I believe ae the reasons, but if anyone has more they would like to see from the group or have found a benefit that I haven't listed on our group home page, please reply here.

I would say for lenders, a benefit would be to commiserate when a loan you funded BK's. Smiley

Just kidding.  Aside from sharing war stories, hopefully we can share tips on how to get better returns and minimizing losses.
