I have been bidding people with low rating, but who have paid back a prosper loan in full.  Here is on I am surprised isn't even close to being fully funded.

That's an easy fix.  Just invest $1,702 on this listing.  That will get it fully funded.  Grin

 and  for a social worker who will never make much money? i don't think so. $50 would be as high as i'd go and i'd probably pass.
