I calculate his default risk to be about 7%. An average A loan has an 8% default risk. Loan category/ credit score have a large impact on risk to be sure but they are far from the only thing. He also has no DQ's, no records, a low DTI (which I will say more about in another post / thread), a good income, and appears to have low expenses.
The one thing about it that I do find concerning is that his revolving cretis balance is 22K, which presumably would come down to 7K after the loan, but he mentions 42,000 in loans in the listing so there may be other debt that is not being picked up - which would raise his risk.
