An integrated new project for developing more than 30,000 dwelling units in the ratio of 40:60, i.e., 40 percent for Commercial/High Income Group (HIG)/Middle Income Group (MIG) and 60 percent for Low Income Group (LIG)/Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) as per government, Municipal and other rules and byelaws.

These 40 percent dwelling units, i.e., 12,000 dwelling units will comprise 1000 commercial showrooms and accommodation for public utilities, offices etc., having a maximum built up area of 8000 sq. ft. each with specifications of 800 sq ft each for 5,000 HIG tenements and 6000 MIG tenements with an average 500 sq ft each much similar to the HIG specifications.  However, for 60 percent, i.e. 18,000 dwelling units, coming under the LIG/EWS category will be having a built up area of 230 – 250 sq ft each or even more but less than 40 sq m.

The leading SPAM REMOVED are part of the many government-funded schemes and have proved their mettle in this hot competitive sector.  It is common knowledge that the government always implements projects through public tendering.  Many leading builders and contractors will give the price quote to develop a particular dwelling unit of a specific size.  The lowest tender quote will be given the contract.

So how is it possible for the leading builders and contractors to quote such a low price to develop a new dwelling unit?  Due to the availability of quality building materials in bulk, it is possible to build higher and higher without compromising on the final cost.  Also the availability of cheap labor from North Indian states of Chattisgarh and West Bengal has helped to keep the final costs down.

This is basically an advertisement for some builder. I took the link out. It has nothing to do with our board's content.
