DTI is too high for what I generally loan on, but everything else seems good.

Interest is too low for me.

I'd pass on this one.  The CC utilization is high, and I'm concerned it will just start going back up after she pays the current debts down.  Are the recent inquiries new CC applications or other loan app?  I have a sense that her budget may lack  a certain degree of realism and completeness.  For example, she's a homeowner with neglible household/house maintenance expenses?  I'd feel better if we had an understanding how she got the $15k in revolving debt, and how her habits/lifestyle may have changed.

I think it is pretty good.  I would bid, but not much lower than the asking rate.

DTI too high, rate too low. I wish her well, but I can't take the risk at that rate. If she were willing to start at 35%, then I'll reconsider.

well, i'm not too happy that she 'forgot' to include her $650 credit card payment or that she listed her gross income instead of net. i'd give it a shot but would hope it is not bid down too far.

Might bid 50 on this one.  She needs to spell Prosper correctly!  Also should comment on the baby and marital situation or change the photos.  Is it hers?  Has she a partner?  Othere income source? Location and condition of home?  It's a good start on a listing, but needs some revision before I would bid on it.

Well it certainly isn't the worst I have ever seen. I do kind of question some of the expenses listed, but my main concern is what are her CC payments in comparison with what her loan payments would be. She has no DQ on file and if her loan payment would be around the amount of her minimum payments then it should be easy to pay it back. I am curious though, if she has $15k in CC debt, then why not seek a loan for the entire amount? She wants one payment so get a loan to make that happen, otherwise it makes me suspiscious of what it's is really going to be used for. Starting rate is too low though to get funded I think.

It does not look too bad. I would bid on it if we see higher starting rate than now (between 30% - 35%).
